When your name is Blue Point, a single day isn't long enough to celebrate Oysterfest. Blue Point continues this annual tradition and is devoting the whole month of April to the irresistible oyster. From the bays of British Columbiato the shoals of Montauk, we will be featuring six different varieties daily and a menu of enticing preparations from our award-winning Culinary Team.
