The 2015 Wild Alaskan Salmon season is upon us and Blue Point is thrilled to present the freshest, most prized salmon in the world. From the rich, robust flavors of the famed Copper River King, and the incredibly deep color and unique flavor of the Wild Sockeye to the delicate flavors of the rare White King Salmon, our Culinary Team will present these beautiful fish in three different and enticing preparations. Throughout the month of May these delicious and unique entrées will be priced at $45 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
