Ownership: all content included on the Cohn Restaurant Group Media Center, including photographs, images and logos, are the property of the Cohn Restaurant Group or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

Permitted Use: the content on the Media Center may be used solely as an information and editorial resource. Cohn Restaurant Group hereby authorizes you to view, copy, download and print the photographic images solely for editorial purposes. Such use is subject to the following conditions (i) such images may not be posted or distributed in any manner other than for the editorial purposes, (ii) the content of the images may not be modified, and (iii) copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices may not be removed. Except as stated in these Terms of Use or as otherwise specifically authorized in writing by Cohn Restaurant Group, you may not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute (including through the use of frames or deep links) the material on the Cohn Restaurant Group Media Center.
