- Chef Deborah and Chef de Cuisine Nathan are busy putting the final touches on a brunch menu to entice the senses. The portions will be generous, the flavors phenomenal and the presentation artistic. Enjoy Little Italy on Saturdays & Sundays from 9:30am to 1:30pm. Order the Cast Iron Skillet Hash with cheesy scrambled eggs and market fresh vegetables or the Pineapple Upside Down French Toast.
