From the rich, robust flavors of the famed Copper River King, and the incredibly deep color and unique flavor of the Wild Sockeye to the delicate flavors of the rare White King Salmon, Chef Samuel will present these beautiful fish in three different and enticing preparations. Throughout the month of May these delicious and unique entrées will be priced at $45 per person with an optional $15 pinot noir pairing, excluding tax and gratuity.
