Play tricks on your palette! Join us at Island Prime Saturday, April 27th from Noon-2pm for our Wine Sensory Class. CRG Sommeliers Maurice DiMarino and Ashley Phillips will demonstrate how senses can affect how wines taste.  Tickets are priced at $40 per person, excluding tax, gratuity and surcharge and include 10 wine tastings and light hosted hors d’ouevres.
